If you are having problems with any of our Driving Test Success apps then please try the following as this can fix most issues:

  • Try deleting the ‘Driving Test Success’ app and restart your device.
  • Re-download the purchased app from the app store (you will not have to pay again as the app store will remember your purchase).

If this does not help, you can contact our UK based support team who will be more than happy to help.

Email Support with as much information as you can to aid a speedy response, including the issue that you are experiencing, the device you are using, and also the version of the device software that you are using.


How do I find the software version of my device?

If you are unsure how to find out the software version, please do the following.

  • On your device, go to ‘Settings’.
  • Select ‘General’.
  • Select ‘About’ and then ‘Version’.

Working hours (UK time) 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 3.00pm Friday.
